Blade to Hub Studs

晋财制造并提供适用于叶片螺栓的各式连接件。

该范围包括了细杆叶片螺栓（螺纹有效直径滚制）和缩杆叶片螺栓。直径范围从M20到M64，等级为8.8和10.9，或者按照客户的特殊要求。

A manufactured range of studs suitable for ‘blade-to-hub’ connections are offered by GEM.
This range includes scant shank (thread roll effective diameter) and waisted studs. Diameters range from M20 to M64 and in property classes 8.8 and 10.9, or in accordance with customer special requirements.

机舱螺栓		Wind power cabin Bolts
晋财生产一系列直径从M16到M64的ISO螺栓， 8.8， 10.9和12.9级的ISO,DIN,GB,ASTM固定螺栓，以及特殊要求定制螺栓。本公司按客户指定规格提供各类加工螺栓。此外，晋财还生产8.8和10.9级的直径从M16到M80的一系列特殊叶片螺栓，以及按客户特殊要求定制的螺栓。		GEM manufacture a range of ISO bolts in diameters M16 to M64 plus a range of ISO、DIN、GB、ASTM setscrews in property classes 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 or in accordance with special requirements. The company also offers a range of machined studs to customer specifications. 塔筒螺栓		Tower Construction
对塔筒的紧固件，我们晋财提供尺寸范围从M16到M76。晋财正在努力开发各种符合客户设计的塔筒特殊紧固件。另外，晋财还制造并供应符合ISO，DIN,GB，ASTM标准的螺栓、螺母和垫片配件。表面处理有达克罗，久美特，镀锌，热镀锌等。		For the standard ’flange-jointed’ design of the tower,GEM possess full TUV Nord approval for the manufacture and supply of EN products in hot-dip galvanized finish. Sizes range from M16 to M76. GEM can also offer various special fastener assemblies to suit customer’s design for other forms of tower In addition, GEM can manufacture and supply ISO、DIN、GB、ASTM Bolts, Nuts、washer assemblies which can be supplied with Dacromet、Geomet、Sherardized、Hot Dip Galvanized flake coatings.

地脚螺栓的原料为合金钢材料，直径从M24到M76，等级为10.9。我们提供各种保护性涂层，包括热镀锌，达克罗，久美特。
各种组装的一体成型吊架也可以按客户要求提供。

GEM manufacture a range of anchor fasteners designed specifically for wind turbine towers.
The studs are manufactured from high tensile steel ranging in diameter from M24 to M64 and grades up to 10.9. We offer various sacrificial coatings including Hot Dip Galvanized, Dacromet、Geomet. Various fabricated ‘one piece’ cradles can also be supplied to customer specifications.
